For 21 years we served in the local church in a variety of positions including Lead Pastors, Worship Pastors, and Associate Pastors.  We understand that being a Pastor is not always easy. As a matter of fact, it can be extremely difficult., stressful, and painful at times.  We also know the staggering statistics of hurting, discouraged, and lonely Pastors.
